We had to spend about 45 minutes at the pickup location on the phone with U-haul to secure the rate we were promised when we booked the trailer. I think the representative on site was unfamiliar with the U-haul app (we picked it up at a Gas Station in Colorado Springs) so the U-haul support team had to walk him through the app and process.
Patrick MManager was extremely rude.

crystal RInterior of truck was filthy. Trash, sticky substances on surfaces & steering wheel. We had to clean the interior prior to driving.
