Very easy experience. I uploaded my DL on the website with no issues. I had seen a review where the app was problematic so I didn’t try that. The location was convenient and the pick up and drop off were very smooth.

It was easy to reserve a vehicle, then pick up was a breeze, the equipment was in good shape.
Sandra LCould not get key out of lock box so location operator had to get out for me an hour after I was supposed to pick it up. He said he has had issues with the lock box.
Robert LUnfortunately did not have the 2 dozen furniture pads I had ordered.
