Location was somewhat dirty and the truck had some small issues (e.g. - broken door panel, dirty middle console, etc), but the truck did run well and we accomplished what we wanted to.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkPlease send someone from your corporate office to help and train the people at this location. They’re very nice, but sincerely need some attention.
SHAUN HWe had to spend about 45 minutes at the pickup location on the phone with U-haul to secure the rate we were promised when we booked the trailer. I think the representative on site was unfamiliar with the U-haul app (we picked it up at a Gas Station in Colorado Springs) so the U-haul support team had to walk him through the app and process.
Patrick MManager was extremely rude.
