If a location is renting U-Haul equipment, they really should be able to help the customer load a tow dolly. We had to go to a different location to get help which added an additional 30 minutes to our trip.

Please post signage at the front of store. It was rather confusing to figure out where I was going. Also please post signage that the vehicle needs to be brought behind the building. Again, quite confusing.

CHARLES LWas a little difficult to know which door to go to-----sits on the back side of the building. Several doors for different businesses. Perhaps little signage is a deterrent to break-ins. Person I met was helpful and friendly. Location was a little confusing-----didn't know for sure if it was U-Haul or another business.
