When we're returning the truck no one there to get the receipt. Now I don't know how much they're charging. We had truck for 2.5 hours and drive 13 miles put gas in $11.13 and 2.453 gallons gas. My credit card charge was $60. My calculation about $37.

Breana GI had a reservation for pickup at 2pm. When I arrived onsite the sign said the office was closed and would re open at 3pm. I tried the self service option but was having trouble with it so I decided to come back at 3pm. By this time, 2 other customers had arrived, everyone was confused and the office was still not open and it was around 3:15pm at this point. I called and left a voicemail to the number posted on the door and never received a call back. Finally after calling a separate customer service line, I was able to get my keys from the lockbox. I will be needing a truck rental again very soon and plan on going elsewhere after the difficulty of this experience.
