Equipment pickup was transferred to this location. Couldn’t find anyone to assist when I arrived on site. Could not do mobile pickup as it said the equipment was not available. Finally found someone and was given the keys, no additional information. I asked if I needed any paperwork, was advised no and just gave keys. This was my first time renting a truck from Uhaul. I had no idea what to expect. Fast forward, I get the truck to my house and received a call stating I didn’t check out the truck and they would need to report it stolen.?!? What? I then called uhaul main line and advised of the situation. The rep from that location came to my house and checked out the truck as I had the movers already working. Bottom line, will not be using Uhaul in the future nor will I recommend them to anyone. This was simply ridiculous.

Steven PIt’s a laundromat with no outdoor signs indicating it’s a UHaul location. The desk inside was closed at 4pm and I luckily found a laundromat employee (who doesn’t work with UHaul) to acknowledge me. Had to self-return on the app which made me very nervous considering how buggy the app had been prior to this point.
