The truck was not there and I made the reservation over a week before. The office person did not call about the truck until I was there but she told me it was due back the night before. I waited over an hour and had to come back to get the truck.

Neighborhood was a bit dicey (economically). Person hassling us at the gas station during final top-off of the gas. UHaul itself was clean and professional.
David TI thought the first 100 miles were free but I was charged for 72 miles and wanted clarification on this.
