I had rented a hand truck with my u-haul but never received it
Karis BMake towing supplies readily available at all locations with trucks. We spent 2 hours finding appropriate equipment. We wasted a lot of miles doing this
Greggory YI booked my reservation online took a Uber to the location and they didn't even have the truck. Then I had to take a Uber 20 minutes to a new location.Ask the customer service representative could I have some type of compensation for the inconvenience this caused me and she basically said NO.Had to pay for two different Ubers which was vary expensive.Then I had to find my own truck at that, which put me behind for my appointment 2hours.I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND USING UHAUL
