They prior user left drywall screws in the bed. I had to pick up over 2 dozen screws.

The place was closed when I went to pick up. I had no idea how to get my rental. Then I was charged 6 gallons of gas for driving 11.2 miles! Ridiculous!

CARM LI used the 24/7 pick up which worked out fine. However, when I made the reservation I also requested an appliance dolly. When I picked up the truck there was no dolly. I called this location twice and was told each time that someone would contact me but they never did. I ended up having to rent a dolly from Home Depot. What makes it even worse is this location didn't even refund me what I paid for the requested dolly. I call that shady business, and I won't be using this location again.
