Receipt for truck said i drove it 15 miles i drove it 6. Feels dishonest to me. the extra fees are tiresome. put the Whole price up front. that goes for all of uhaul.

Even with a reservation I still had to go to 3 different locations to pick up the tow dolly while being 4 hrs away from home. No one ever called me to confirm reservation or location and 1 location didn't even see my reservation. The app is 100% worthless. Poor customer service. Horrible logistics. I Will never recommend UHaul.
chris tI was originally supposed to pick up the trailer in Akron and return it to the same location for $60. However, when I arrived, they didn’t have the trailer available despite my reservation. I had to drive to Columbia Station instead, where they charged me $130 for a one-way rental to drop it back off in Akron—even though the issue was their mistake for not having the trailer at the reserved location. At the Columbia Station, the employee seemed unaware of his own inventory. He just printed my slip and told me to find the trailer somewhere in the back. He didn’t even check if it was properly hooked up before I left since I had to hook it up since he stayed at the register When I returned it to the drop-off location, thankfully, a lady there helped me properly hook my car.
