I requested a 15" truck to be picked up in Columbia Station on Rt.82 and would return to U-haul in Kent. I called the Columbia Station location two days before, just to check that everything was in order. Found out that the Columbia Station location had no record of a reservation for me at this location. He gave me a phone number to call. This must be a central office because they informed me that they could not get a 15" truck to this location. In turn they changed my pickup location to the Marathon Station on Sprague Rd. I agreed. When I arrived that morning, the attendant was less than helpful. I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes with few words being said or any information from him, he called someone and finally gave me keys and pointed out to the parking to where the truck would be. I had to find my truck , then had to go back into the store because a Hummer was parked in front and another U-haul parked behind. He decided to move the U-haul truck so I could get out. When the day was done, I tried to return my truck to the Kent location I originally requested and found out that my receipt showed a location in Cuyahoga Falls. Somewhere along this process someone at U-haul chose this location and never informed me of the change. I was able to drive to the Cuyahoga Falls location and returned the vehicle. Now I receive an additional charge of $5.12 for driving an extra 4.8 miles to a location that was 6.3 miles away from the location I first requested in Kent. This saga was unexpected and unfavorable.

Richard SCheck engine lite was on and it was rough running.
DEAN MI placed my reservation nearly 2 weeks in advance for a truck pickup at 6:30 am. Day of reservation, as I am at the location, I was informed that no one at this location set up for remote pick up, so I had to wait until at least 10am for them to open. This caused a major inconvenience on my moving day, causing me to lose out on nearly 4 hours of truck time.
SARAH HEverything went well. My only issue was that I filled the tank with gas on my way to drop it off. When I picked up the truck the gas low light came on in the parking lot. When I dropped it off, the gas light came back on when I turned into the parking lot. So I felt that it was exactly at the same level. My receipt indicates that they had to add gas. I feel that is incorrect. Thanks,
