I paid for 1/2 dozen moving mats that didn’t come when we showed up to pick up the truck. Instead they gave us a moving dolly that we didn’t request.

JAMES CThe interior of the trailer had a lot of dirt and rocks that I had to remove before loading. Also, your trailers really need a jack attachment to lift it off of the vehicle. I am a disabled veteran and could not lift it off of the hitch and had a friend help who was almost seriously injured by the trailer. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen, I suggest you take measures to prevent this.
