Robert GThe language barrier was challenging. The staff could only speak broken English. The appointment time was not honored. The only person who could process the rental wasn't at the location and was 20 minutes past my scheduled pick up.

I have always use U-Haul for needs and had great service. But this time I must let you know about the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED FROM THE MANAGER AT ELITE TIRE SERVICE. He was very professional with me and was very friendly. He took great pride and care in making sure the equipment was properly fitted and safe for my trip. That’s what I call top customer service and you just don’t get that kind of care now days. In closing please recognize this Manager and his staff for a Job DAMN WELL DONE✅
