When they call and ask for something to be removed from the bill like the furniture dolly or the appliance dolly, remove it so they don't have to pay the $14 like I did!

David CThis pickup location is an embarrassment to the U-Haul business. I had to wait in the lobby of a flea bag hotel for 45 minutes until the desk clerk showed up to provide the keys to the truck. Very unsafe location. The place was filthy as well.
