The worker was on time, actually early. He allowed me to modify when I picked up the auto transport, which saved me a drive to a cat station, trailer download, reattach by myself- so that was a huge help. Additionally, he helped with connecting, loading process of AT- and going through extra mile with helping me navigate out of the parking lot with the 26ft uhual w/ AT.
