I did not have a reservation and while trying to fill out the online form but struggling on my phone the manager asked if he could assist. He was so helpful and made the experience fast and easy. highly recommend!

Joney LRefused to hook up uhaul. Had to call corporate. Also I think it is absolutely ridiculous that I had to pay more money for this trailer, when the original trailer that was “guaranteed” to be reserved for me at the Starkville location was not there. I had to drive 30 miles to get this one, got horrible customer service, and had to pay more. Likely will never use uhaul again.
JANELLE GInstead of sitting in the office and talking over the phone through a worker, could’ve came out and collected the customer. It was so impersonal.
