First of all the original pick up location was changed to 45 mins away from selected pickup. The Starkville location was nothing but a muddy sketchy place. No one was there and when I called the number they answered “Yeah??” The trailer was damaged and they had no idea. They wanted us to just hook up and go. Second location we had to wait over 20 mins because the lady was talking on her cellphone. She never came out and looked at the hookup or check anything. She sent the cook out to take a picture with her cell.
