It was a pleasant enough experience. I felt pretty intense pressure from the staff to buy extra services including the insurance and protection. "You are aware that if the truck is damaged with or without fault, or it is stolen, you will be responsible, right?" I didn't like this. I don't know if this is compulsory as per Uhaul regulations or this person was just doing a bit too much, but it made myself and my partner overly anxious.

BRANDON BFinding the location was difficult, I was moved to the location the day before pick up and was very confused about the location. It is in a strip mall and the trucks and storage units are on the street behind it. Once we found the location, it was very easy to check out and get on the road. The person working there was very helpful and nice.
