Short version. Selected self service but there was no outside key area. A homeless man had to be removed from the back of my rental. It smelled like a middle school locker room in the cab and in the rear. The interior was absolutely disgusting. Had I not been in such a hurry to get to where I needed to go, I would not have driven this vehicle. And all I got from the employee at the rental location was an I’m sorry. I rent from U-Haul quite often and this is by far the worst experience I have encountered.
