Theodore BI had a really good experience renting a U-Haul from this location. The staffs were friendly and helpful, and the whole process was smooth and quick. They explained everything clearly. The vehicle was clean and ready on time, which made my move a lot less stressful. Overall, everything went as expected (which is honestly the best thing you can ask for during a move). I would definitely come back here again if I need a rental in the future.
