I had a really good experience renting a U-Haul from this location. The staffs were friendly and helpful, and the whole process was smooth and quick. They explained everything clearly. The vehicle was clean and ready on time, which made my move a lot less stressful. Overall, everything went as expected (which is honestly the best thing you can ask for during a move). I would definitely come back here again if I need a rental in the future.

WILLIAM MI was late for my appointment and I received a call from the We Ship It store. The staff member at this location was very attentive and helpful. He helped me reschedule my pick-up and, when I arrived, he helped me navigate the phone app to ensure I got off to a good start. The van was clean and in excellent condition. When I returned the van, the young lady at the counter was very pleasant and helped me with the return. I will use this location again in the future.
