Process online to pickup the truck was very complicated. Personal verification process did not work. I was getting charged for items I did not request. The one item I did request was not even in the truck. Front part of the truck where you sit was dirty with cigarettes and other things. It was very hard to contact someone for help. No one was on the office when they was suppose to be and the office is inside of a creepy flea market. Process on how to get the key after hours and return key was very unclear.i had to start my move a half hour late.

FUTURE CIts was a Somali rug mart. No one was there. I never even met the guy or saw/touched any paperwork. He even signed the paperwork for me. The whole document was a forgery. I was charged way too much on top of it all as well. 300 for a truck is retarded. Fuck uhaul.
