I had a fuel fee charge for $30 and fuel charge for $57. I understood the fuel charge but not the fuel fee charge. I called to get an understanding but was advised I needed to speak with a manager. Rick was extremely helpful. He listened to understand and not to respond. He resolved my concern.

I'm almost 70 the process was a little confusing for me but other than that it was fine. I didn't realize that I had to take pictures of the interior and therefore I was charged a cleaning fee when I left In immaculate condition. I even got a little water from a washing machine on the floor and made sure I cleaned it up
