The clerk at Sandalwood Market never check my trailer in. He asked me multiple times for keys to the truck even after I told him the rental was a trailer. Incompetence at its finest created a mess for others to resolve and undue stress working to ensure I was not charged a late fee. Uhaul should revoke the contract with Sandalwood Market. Brent (Regional manager), Elena and Toni (Uhaul customer service) were outstanding in trying to resolve the drop off issue. Drop off completed without any additional charge thanks to these excellent employees of UHAUL.

Need better instructions for obtaining vehicle key. Or here's an interesting idea, how about an actual person on location who is knowledgable and can assist a customer.
John LI figured the whole process would be pretty quick but it took upwards of 40 minutes… just annoying having to be pushed to the side as they tried to figure things out
Simone STruck was in a giant snow pile and was not dug out for my arrival. Store is dirty and smells heavily of cigars/cigarettes. Requested equipment not in truck and I had to call UHaul several times to get it refunded from my invoice. Location of store feels unsafe with people loitering around outside staring. Return of truck was confusing and store did not end my reservation for several days despite me following instructions from shop worker to park it and drop the key in the drop box. Truck itself had trash in it upon pick up. Would not use this location again.
Mallory SPicked up the truck and it was low on gas, area around the truck was uncovered and I had to shovel it out myself, windshield frozen, and back of truck frozen shut upon pickup. Staff was unprofessional and did not go over pick up details. Overall a bad experience
