I was late for my appointment and I received a call from the We Ship It store. The staff member at this location was very attentive and helpful. He helped me reschedule my pick-up and, when I arrived, he helped me navigate the phone app to ensure I got off to a good start. The van was clean and in excellent condition. When I returned the van, the young lady at the counter was very pleasant and helped me with the return. I will use this location again in the future.
