Didn’t tight on hitch , almost met an accident . Trailer damaged my vehicle. I myself installed both chains, the representative didn’t want to put the chains , I had to ask and assist him .Left brake light was inoperable.

They are very slow.
ROBERT RThe person working at this location was not familiar with anything. She couldn’t use the computer to do my paperwork and dispatch me, she called the scheduling center and they did it for her. She also couldn’t hook up the trailer. She called her bf who didn’t even work there to come help,

BONNIE SWhen I picked up the truck it was filthy, and the gas was 20 miles till empty yet I was told to have it at a 1/4 tank and I did. I have not received my deposit and on top of that they are trying to charge me an additional $85. I’m not happy about this and would like it resolved.
