Never anyone in the office. Lot looks abandoned. Poor direction on signage for return procedure. I returned my trailer on 5/7/26, once day before it was due. Called and left message of return, never got an email receipt. On 6/24/26, nearly 6 weeks later, I get an email and text from UHaul saying I still haven’t returned my trailer. What a pathetic waste of my time in proving I in fact did return my trailer. The Comanche UHaul location is an embarrassment to UHaul.

I had reserved an appliance dolly but one was not provided. The door was not properly closed and water was pooled in the door handle inside. The door does close properly but someone didn't close it properly prior to my arrival. I would probably be okay recommending this location to a friend but heavily caution them on the bugginess of the app though.
Jason FThe location was closed for business the morning that we arrived to pick up the truck. No one was available to even answer the phone. U-Haul should have known that the location was not going to be open and should not have booked our rental at this location. This delayed the start of our moving and resulted in additional cost since we had hourly helpers waiting. Additionally, we were charged for a late return on the truck.
