1. I had asked for counter pick up - no one was at the business who could help me in person 2. There was less than a 1/4 tank of gas in the truck. It the contract had it at 3/8. 3. I had declined the Safe Move option when I reserved. It was still in the contract. When I called chambers Market before I returned the truck to pint out the errror - the person who answered the “help line” could not help me and hung up on me.

The staff at the location was incredibly rude. I went inside to do the check in, and learned I was supposed to receive the lock code from the app. When I tried to go outside to call uhaul to resolve the issue, the staff continued to argue with me, preventing me from leaving. Until the manager came over and "asked" me to leave*. I was able to get what I needed done, but this is a poor location for anyone who wants to rent a Truck for the first time. * My understanding is that I was kicked out for trying to leave the store.or for talking back to the employee.
Brandon SDirty truck, no gas, over charged! Only drove 23 miles and I put gas in that I did not use! Store manager complained he had no time for this!
CYNTHIA BI was overcharged for an item that I told the manager about during pickup. This charge still has not been refunded. Also, there was an overage of charges for gas. The truck was brought back in with more gas than stated, and we were charged an exorbitant amount for the gas refuel. When trying to reach the manager of the location, there was only one person there and she did not speak English well. She gave me a non-working number for the manager that we spoke to who should have handled the billing better. I will NOT be reusing this location to rent a u-haul truck in the future and will tell others to look elsewhere to rent a truck/van. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I will be refuting the charge with my bank.
ROBERT GThe process was confusing, the people in the store didn't seem to know the rental process at all. When I returned the truck, the person at the counter looked at me like I was crazy and wouldn't take the key at first. They had to call someone who was not on location to communicate with me both at pick up and drop off. Pick up took an hour. And then there was an issue with final charges that took over a week to figure out. Communication was really poor at this location and there seemed to be very little training/knowledge of the process for the employees who are supposed to facilitate the rentals.
