The truck worked great for what I needed it for. The process with the pictures on the phone and all of the labeling in the truck and the instructions about how much gas would be required seemed very well thought out and clear. The person at the desk was in good communication with me by text.

Upgrade the quality of the truck itself. The 15ft truck did the job, but it was basically the same truck I rented 20 years ago! At 165,000 miles, the truck needs an upgrade.
