The lady wasn’t very welcoming
LENA YThe Rep (young man) during my 1/17/25 was cold and not very friendly. To be honest I was having a very bad day and was complaining about the U-Haul mobile app. I have never had a good experience with the mobile app with ALL my previous rentals. However, the 1/17/25 customer service rep (rating "Below Average") made me feel even worse with his attitude. The vehicle was new with only 900 miles but could have been cleaned on the outside and wiped down on the inside with an antibacterial cleaner. However, the rep assisting me on the van return on 1/18/25 (Excellent), went over and beyond to give me a great experience. The weather inside and out was so cold and I could have been in a bad mood. But, it was so refreshing and a huge contrast in attitude versus the young man during the pickup. Because of her professionalism, I will come back and recommend to family and friends this location!
TINA RI did not have any issues with my rental pick up. They were very busy as it was Sunday, however the young lady attending to people was trying her best to help all customers.
