The Rep (young man) during my 1/17/25 was cold and not very friendly. To be honest I was having a very bad day and was complaining about the U-Haul mobile app. I have never had a good experience with the mobile app with ALL my previous rentals. However, the 1/17/25 customer service rep (rating "Below Average") made me feel even worse with his attitude. The vehicle was new with only 900 miles but could have been cleaned on the outside and wiped down on the inside with an antibacterial cleaner. However, the rep assisting me on the van return on 1/18/25 (Excellent), went over and beyond to give me a great experience. The weather inside and out was so cold and I could have been in a bad mood. But, it was so refreshing and a huge contrast in attitude versus the young man during the pickup. Because of her professionalism, I will come back and recommend to family and friends this location!

I did not have any issues with my rental pick up. They were very busy as it was Sunday, however the young lady attending to people was trying her best to help all customers.

Christopher BGood Day Ladies and Gentlemen, Because of more reasons that can be bullet-pointed and retold in this blog, there needs to be a full report sent certified to a specific person/department at Uhaul whom I was waiting to hear back from for weeks regarding compensation for this experience. As of course I am busy too, the added task of documentation referencing and evidencing MAJOR problems and mechanical issues with specific equipment {this cargo van} will of course be added compensation due when this case gets resolved. I have been with Uhaul over 35 years and my direct phone is 213)440-9547 if an appropriate Supervisor wants to review the 14 to 16 recorded calls I had to make to Uhaul regarding the faulty, filthy, unkempt equipment I rented at CSS . P.S. Don't worry! I am requesting fair, just and equitable compensation not a full refund as I am an honest person. The amounts were being discussed on phone call conversations and then I was told I would be receiving a call back with 48 hours but it never happened..The agents were quite shocked at some of the details I had to provide. This is a burden to write about and sucks time I dont have and brings me no joy to have the task of cleaning up the messy business of a business whose employees customer range from cold, rude and mean to totally unprofessinal and abusive This brief response is letting anyone at Uhaul Escalations know that I am still waiting for that phone call back, and in the meantime a full detailed report with more verbiage and many photographs of the equipment to evidence the claims about the equipment I am forced to report because of the negligence and unprofessional business practices of the "owners who have no names", Mr. Poon, Ms. Alma at Compton Self-storage and Mailboxes Whew...
