Great customer service!
LATONYA HArrived to pick up an online booking for a trailer and appliance hand truck. Upon arrival there was no appliance hand truck on location and I was advised to go down the street to the other U-Haul location because they have one. Rented the trailer and headed to the second location only to find that the as well were all out of appliances hand trucks.. If equipment is unavailable it needs to be communicated to renters before the day of rental because we are on schedules and this inconvenience delayed me getting started, and ultimately I did not have all the equipment needed. Saving grace and the reason it wasn't less stars in my review was the woman at the first location was apologetic and understanding.
