The truck did not have A/C and the temperature was well above 90 degrees at rental. The truck was not cleaned out.

I spent almost 20 mins to find the key drop off box but no success. It was annoying and time waster. I should have choose different location for drop off. Now I have to drive back to the same location for key drop off which is additional 30-40 mins time waste
ELVIN JThe cab heat was stuck on full hot. The reserved hand truck was not present.
Paul VOnly issue was when i originally booked the truck it quoted me $50 and when I picked up the truck it ended up being $189. Big difference.
Adam HThe lady charged me extra miles and assured me they would reimburse me for unused miles and they wouldn’t and she did it in a way that they couldn’t see that she charged me for extra miles. She scammed me!!!!!!!
