The location is great and helpful over the phone beforehand but the office wasn’t open the next day. I tried to reach them and so did you guys. So, UHaul, you guys, helped walk me through how to do the return through my UHaul app. She was fantastic. I’m not a tech savvy person but she was patient and helped me. Thank goodness I hadn’t put the keys in the payment slot at the facility. UHaul told me I had to upload the photos live first, get the ok from UHaul, then drop the keys off. Thanks for helping me with a well trained, patient staff member.

The truck did not have A/C and the temperature was well above 90 degrees at rental. The truck was not cleaned out.
Catherine LI spent almost 20 mins to find the key drop off box but no success. It was annoying and time waster. I should have choose different location for drop off. Now I have to drive back to the same location for key drop off which is additional 30-40 mins time waste
ELVIN JThe cab heat was stuck on full hot. The reserved hand truck was not present.
Paul VOnly issue was when i originally booked the truck it quoted me $50 and when I picked up the truck it ended up being $189. Big difference.
