The vehicle had clearly not been cleaned from the previous person. There was garbage/small children’s toys all over the back of the truck. There were half-drank soda bottles behind the seats in the cab of the truck as well as just general dirt and stickiness in the cup holder area. Also, I chose self-pickup and still had to go inside to get the keys. After answering all of the questions in the app to pick up the truck—which took forever because there’s very little cell service in the parking lot where the trucks are— I had to go inside and it took another 10 minutes to get the keys because he had to ask me more of the same questions. When I dropped the truck off, I tried to mark that it was dirty and needed to be cleaned, but it wanted to charge me $25 which I was not going to pay since the truck was already dirty when I picked it up, so I had to mark it as clean when it wasn’t. I’ve rented several uhauls over the past few years, and I’ve never had an experience like this.

Vehicle fuel was almost empty had to put fuel in before we did anything
