To explicitly explain rules, pickup and drop off, without sending email confirmation that takes longer to read than pack your home. Otherwise, it was a good , satisfactory experience for me. Easton drop off was very understanding. Thank you U-Haul.

Paul DAlthough it bothered me that he assumed I knew how to unload the car from the trailer on my own, he promptly jumped up strongly to help me with it when I explained myself on that. And he got another also to help even though it was in freezing sleeting rain, very cold to the bone kind of weather. They were professional and prompt with everything about it and we got the emptied Truckvan I had worked all day long to quickly unload in that cold rain, and then get my car down from the trailer safely. He was very attentive on guiding me so that I did not back up too fast and ding my rear or front bumper in a bounce as I backed down that ramp. Very good!
