Everything had to be done thru the U-Haul app which frankly was not easy. The app kept sending me back to the beginning when I had to enter my DL and personal information. Which this could have been done way prior to pick-up but was not told so. The lock to retrieve the key was very difficult to open. The entire process took about 40 minutes which should have taken about 10. It was very frustrating that a human was not there to help facilitate the process.
