There were no lights. The key pick up was alongside the road and on the opposite end of the property as where you pull in/park. Very creepy and I did not feel safe at all. However the trucks were parked well and maintained.

Alex LMy only recommendation is to make sure that the back is clean and the front is clean. If it's supposed to be returned clean it's only right for it to be acquired clean. Other than that another awesome experience
CODY AThe pickup location was a scattered mess of equipment with absolutely no design or order.
Don MClearer instruction on where to find the location scanning for the app. We had to call Uhaul twice to get the location of the lock box for the keys.
