Well y'all could make sure that your trucks are property working. First truck the battery was dead when got there and had to wait for them to open up to get a new truck. We got there an hour early like it said and had to wait because of that.

DMITRIY BThe customer service was poor. The agent/ sales person didn’t seem to have many answers to my questions. Rented me a truck (15 ft) that leaked water. Upon the return she seem to think I was upset because I explained to her that I could not drive long distances with a truck that leaked water. She did say she did not have any other 15 ft trucks so I said I will take whatever you have at any size larger. So she called someone who helped her make the transfer to a lager truck. She offered no incentives. For the inconvenience, not to mention I drove for 22 hrs . Told me there was nothing she could do about my property getting wet. I understood that but just the attitude was a little unsettling for me. She was more interested in rushing me off the property. By me honoring my word and telling her I would come give her my business I would have at least expected a little more curiosity. So no I will never refer her or give this location my business. I expected more from Uhaul , but perhaps in the near future I will consider another option.
