There were no moving pads/blanket in the pouch and want aware there thanks be some sort of seal or something on the dolly - we don’t use it , so be we had two of our own. So not want to be and should not be charges for either - though in the app could not find a way to make that comment. Finding the keys required calling support - they were hidden behind a truck parked in front of a sign. Truck seemed to fine and had no mechanical issues.

I selected to pick the truck up by myself using the app, but the blankets and the dolly were not in the truck and any way I had to wait to be attended.

Mary KFirst of all ensure that all the add-ons that people book are available. Neither the furniture dolly nor the appliance dolly was available. All the lady was able to tell me when I called in advance was, oh I am sorry I have my last appliance dolly away to another person.... What does that even mean? What is the point of reserving stuff if its not going to be available. And the worst part is that if I don't call in advance I would have never found out about it until I picked up the truck.Being proactive helped me book the missing items elsewhere. I would expect some sort of refund from this poor experience. Also the truck was kind of dirty, not that I care. The passenger seat belt didn't work and the driver door is clearly messed up. In the end we made it work but still very bad experience.
