We did an after-hours drop off so we did not have any contact with anyone there. I did try to call when we got there at 5:00 pm, they closed at 4:30 pm, and no one answered.

ROLANA HNot their fault, but U-Haul had me use the online check in process to pick up our trailer. I then got a call from the pickup location worried that the trailer had been stolen and when I explained I had picked it up they claimed that was “Not U-Haul’s policy” for trailer. There is clearly a poor communication system in place between U-Haul and local partners and it created a lot of friction and confusion for us while we’re already swamped trying to move.
Kyle DLady inside was super sweet! Very friendly and was quick! The U-Haul it self was dirty with sticky seats and sticky cup holders. It had not been cleaned out and had trash left in it with food still on ground. I took 18 photos of the different trash and sticky spots as well as broken vent pieces. The A.C. wasn't cold, but blew cool air. All in all I was grateful to have the U-Haul and the location was PERFECT!!!! It just wasn't a clean cab. That and the return was difficult. Couldn't get the app to work and had to call 800 number for help returning the truck. After that tho, I would rent from here again as long as it's from same lady! She was AWESOME!
