Actual pickup location was around the corner than the address provided on the site, which also has the uhaul sign. I was not bothered that the location was different since it was close-by, but when I called the number on the online Uhaul’s pickup building, she was very irritated that I didn’t know the pickup location had changed, and mumbled vaguely giving the directions of where to actually pickup the keys. None of this was written online or on the Uhaul location door, which was locked. My pickup time was 4:15, and they close at 4:30. She asked if I had someone to help connect the uhaul, I said no and she dropped her head saying “ugh” in distraught that she or someone would have to help. She told me it was easy and I proceeded outside to find the trailer by myself. I arrived to find the trailer I was renting had caked on mud in VERY visible places, however I was expected to return it in clean condition. Everything about this location would make me never rent here again.

JUNIOR AI requested a truck with a car puller. The truck was there, but the car puller was not attached. There was no one at the location at 8:30am, so I had to call the phone number. I was told where the car puller was, to hook it up, and send a picture of the puller hooked to the truck. The truck was disgusting inside. The windshield was covered in bugs. It sounded like it had an exhaust leak, so it was extremely loud. The steering was off, so to go straight, you had to move the steering to the left. It felt like one of the tires had a knot in it or needed to be balanced. It was a very unpleasant experience that I will not repeat.
