The address was printed wrong on the return location, in addition to that there were no signs out on the street saying it was a U-Haul. I had to make several U turns on a very busy street to find the location. When I finally found the correct spot, after calling the location and getting the correct address I was able to return the trailer. However, they did not have anyone to help me pull the trailer hitch off the ball, and for some reason you guys no longer have a jack on the trailer. It took me three times to finally muscle the trailer up, in the process I threw out my back and tore my shirt. I am going to see a doctor today regarding the back....why is there no jack on the tongue of the trailer??
Sarah BI rented a truck for 5 days and drove it 126 miles. I returned it 10 min later then I picked it up. They not only charged me an extra day. They charged me a $60 fee for not parking in exact parking spot I got it from. They then also said I drove 245 miles. I am currently disputing with Uhaul but I would never rent from this location again!
