My drop off was changed to this location with no notice, I had to drive by my original drop off and travel 8-miles out of my way for no reason and then had to drop the trailer off with no assistance, or I could have left it at the original location and paid additional money. Thankfully I had my phone otherwise there would have been no way to verify I dropped the trailer off. U-Haul should do better at communicating that drop sites were changed and give the customer a choice

rosina tWhen we got to the location we had to pass three other uhaul locations - which didn't make much sense. This location was out of the way and not in a great neighborhood. My husband was told that he had to take the trailer off himself and the worker would not help him. Needless to say - we were NOT happy with this Uhaul interaction at all.
Steven JThere is no jack stand on the trailer. Making it to difficult to connect or disconnect the trailer from my vehicle. I strongly recommend that you add some sort of easier way to disconnect the trailer from my vehicle.
