Poor communication. I received a phone call because the original location I selected did not have the vehicle that I needed. I was told that I needed to use this location as it was the closest that had that vehicle type. They never once notified me that the rental was a “one way” rental (which is not what I booked), and it needed to be dropped off at the same location. I will never rent anything from them again.

JOHN RLock box was hard to open, I was give wrong truck number for said lock box, but overall good experience.
