Everything was great and so easy! Tip - if you have a newer iPhone ProMax, the camera will need to be positioned very far away. Hopefully they fix this in the app.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe reservation wasn’t in the system even though i had confirmation via email. So instead of just being able to pick up keys I had to call the 1-800 number and be put on hold so they could put my info in the system. The night before I confirmed everything I was suppose to do. It made me a hour or more behind schedule whilst moving a 2 bedroom apartment.
Nicholas GThe website and app delayed my pickup and drop off by an hour! There were issues with the booking and no one could help me at the location. Same with the drop off. Horrible service! And on top of all that, they want to charge me 300.00!
