Had a LOT of trouble with the closure, it was very difficult to operate. Check engine light was on, we were told to check the gas cap but that didn't clear it. When we had to stop for gas it cleared. The AC had a mind of it's own. The facility was clean and the employee was nice.

HUNG NThe gentlemen were awesome.
MICHAEL MCustomer service outstanding however the condition of the truck was filthy. Interior of the cab was sticky and dusty. The cargo area had not been cleaned was actual dirt thar needed to be swept out prior to loading my belongings
KIMYETTA YThe truck was old and falling apart - NO FAULT of the location. John Lewis could not have been better! He handled every concern with patience and action. It was not his fault that the truck was old, but he made sure that I was assured that he would make sure I wasn't charged for the issues.
