These trailers need to have a crank on them so we can raise and lower the trailer on to the hitch. The tongues of these trailer are way to heavy and hard to maneuver to get on the ball of a hitch. Just a suggestion

Like most U-Haul centers, staff ought to have the ability and willingness to hook up a trailer instead of customers having to do it by themselves without any assistance.
DIMITRI VAll I wanted to do is rent and return from the same location got sent message to return to a different location that was not even open then Never given a gate code had to call a number from Nashville and go through a self service return which my son had to help me with out in the hot sun because he had to take pictures and wait 35 minutes for everything to go through thank God he's was with me I'm a older lady with no experience on cellphone things we got there before 500pm and it took about 45min to complete drop out in thr heat nI am not a satisfied customer with all the changes to my original reservation
