KRISHI PThe man could not speak very good English I told him I wanted to rent a 15 foot truck from Cookeville, Tennessee to Goldsboro North Carolina. He was trying to send me to city close to charlotte North Carolina and over charged me and I still haven’t seen a refund of 112.00 I would not recommend the u-haul place in Cookeville Tn to anyone. I will let people know not to go there. Patricia
patrica gI had a reservation number and email confirmation however I was told she could not find it, she created a new rental, charge more than I had reserved for online, and emailed me a receipt even though I never gave her my email address, all I gave her was my I.D. and phone number, and I have used Uhaul before but not under this email address which tells me that she did have access to my previous reservation.
