Operator was very helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to help me out with questions about the rental. Had to call the Booking agent, she was also helpful, but really didn't have an answer for my questions. I booked a one-way 5 x 9 trailer to haul a golf cart from Minneapolis, MN area to Chippewa Falls, WI. Picked up the trailer at 10:07 AM and was done with it by 2:15 PM the same day. Wanted to drop it off early hoping that the cost might reflect the amount of time used. More on that latter. The Operator at the Hideaway Outlet offered me a free soda as I waited for her to finalize transaction.
