Thomas STruck was not very clean and the service engine indicator was on the entire rental. It would have been useful if someone would have explained how to make adjustments to the equipment on the truck, especially the external mirrors which could not be adjusted. Also, the location was closed prior to posted business hours which made the return difficult.
Jim TPoor mantanice on trailer. I had two falt tire on the road because the tire were 5 years old
Marsel DI wasn’t happy that I was convinced to add extra miles to the trip, told that I’d only be charged for what I used. It turned out to be a $10 upcharge that was not taken off when I didn’t need the extra miles. Sounded so innocuous; extra $ for U-Haul and really unnecessary on my end. Also there was a discrepancy in the start mileage that wasn’t completely addressed.
