Robert WThe Cooperstown U-Haul location is convenient for my use. It is about 6 miles from my home. Although this location does not have a bricks and mortar office, however, booking it online went just fine. The local owner met me at the parking lot and showed me the truck. He was personable and on time. I would recommend it to friends unless they wanted an actual office with supplies viewable that could be bought on the spot. The website did furnished images of supplies that could be ordered online.
