Our location was changed on us and we were not at all happy about that because you claim that it’s only an 8 mile difference but it’s a lot worse in time than that. Changing our location to Cooperstown added two hours to our travel because the baseball Hall of Fame is there and traffic was backed up unbelievably.. I booked this plenty of time ahead that the location should not have been changed. The equipment could have easily been moved by U-Haul. I have another one booked for the 23rd and I expect with having more than a week that the truck will be in the location that I requested other than that I have no problem with the pick up location and stuff the mobile pick ups are OK. The only problem I have with mobile pick up is that it will not upload the photos correctly and it really backs up because you have to have at least one photo in there and it takes several tries before it will even keep one and when you’re moving time is a crucial factor, and something that takes too much time can ruin the entire process.

Upon arrival at this location, to drop the equipment, the operator here was in agreement that the trailer should have never been rented in that condition and also agreed that the truck never should have went out like that.
