1. my truck was not avail as requested for on Friday was told to come back Saturday at Noon, still no truck available, told to come back Monday at 11am and get truck FINALLY the truck was available, however it did not have the requested appliance dolly which location said they don't stock. the personnel were nice and apologetic however I had to make 3 40 mile trips juist to get my truck. This is the poorest service and availabilty of equipment i ever experienced. This caused me major troubles i am a 63 yr old disabled man.

TARA CMaybe knowing when each vehicle is reserved. We had to leave because we were told both trucks were reserved. Then spoke with another U-Haul agent (Shay) and she told us 1 truck was not reserved at that location. The new agent helped us get it reserved and we were able to pick it up. Shout out to Shay for all the help
