Really would like an explanation as to why I was charged additional mileage for a 550 mile trip. My car traveled behind the truck for the entire trip and registered 550 miles, the map and all apps show about 550 mile trip and yet I was charged for exceeding 600 miles in the truck. Someone explain that to me? Really. I want an explanation.
