The location in Utah was at least 5 miles off the Highway There were no signs on the entrance, you could see a few U-Haul trucks next to a run-down shop, I pulled up and went into the repair shop to a small office, and no one was there, so I went outside and looked around for a person, no one was around, after 15 min a Women started walking over from a house to the shop, she was on the phone and came up to me on the phone, she stayed on the phone into the shop/office still talking to someone about towing a Vehicle. She got off the phone and helped me out; her customer service skills were terrible. she took me out to the Van, and it was in a big puddle 3 inches deep. we got the van out and said by, she did not explain a thing about the van, how it worked, the trailer hitch, nothing. She acted like I was putting her out. This Dealership is bad. Kevin

As a renter from out of state and going to said address I of felt better if there was a uhaul sign out at the road side. As if I seen the sign or a sign I would not have panicked a little until I had to make a phone call to make sure I was in the correct place. Other than that overall a good deal. Found a cotter pin missing pointed it out the the drop person to have it fixed. Thanks 😎

LEVI SEverything went wrong from the very beginning. I wish I could get the whole thing refunded. I rented a U-Haul to transport some items for my wedding. I requested one location and was sent to an entirely different place 10 miles out of the way each way. This place was in the middle of nowhere, no signs, no lights, just a field full of trucks. Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to get there to get the keys and then they proceeded to seem like they didn’t really know what they were doing. We used the U-Haul for the wedding and went to drop off the U-Haul keys and there was no lock box for the key drop off and no instructions on what to do with the keys. I called the support line and they told me not to leave the keys and to take them to the nearest U-Haul. My mother (I had left for my honeymoon) attempted to return the keys to the nearest U-Haul and they couldn’t take them. I was told to take them back to the original place. My mother went there during business hours the following day and there was no one there. After 40 minutes of her waiting she called the manager of the establishment and the person she spoke to was incredibly rude and unhelpful and told her to just put the keys in the truck. I would not recommend this specific location to anyone.
Brian MThis location was way out in the middle of no-where... Although is served my purposes I had to pay an extra 30 miles to get what I needed. I appreciated the Clean Truck, and Great Customer Service! But, the location was Scary, so I felt that I had to return the truck early! (During Daylight) This is Only the Location, not the People!
