The lady at pick up time was still in bed. We waited 10 minutes past pick up time for the lady to wander out while my 2 year-old screamed in boredom and finally woke her. She had zero clue we even had a 930 pick up. The truck had no ramp.
Dulcie MIt’s an unusual drop off ( a motel parking lot) but very easy access to drop off the trailer and friendly, accommodating staff.
